Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will support and coordinate different quality and training activities in the the company and will be responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum, growth and success of an employee on-boarding. This position supports operation managers and teams and related stakeholders to ensure long-term broadening and deepening of the service excellence objectives in the services and processes deployed to meet customers demand for high quality, dependable, and efficient services

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, coordinate and administer a comprehensive training curriculum for both new hire and existing employees.
Ensure all need and programmes are mapped to business and organizational requirements.
On site or virtual training coordination of systems changes, new systems and/or processes in support of overall company initiatives, ensure initiatives are reflected in the training material.
Conduct systems and process training – need based, mandatory or project based as required.
Coordinate closely with process responsible for. Own standard work fortnightly and monthly engagement with different stakeholders of process responsible for
Responsible for periodic reviews of file documents to ensure compliancy to quality regulations
Responsible for coordinating all training, record keeping, updating, auditing and process compliances

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have completed a bachelor's degree
Excellent written and oral English communication skills, and presentation skills.
Proven effective listening skills 
Background experience working in a Logistics Industry/ Shipping/ Import/Export department for at least 2 years
Exposure to Air/ocean transportation/ Logistics / 3PL in working with a Supply chain service provider
Preferably exposure to Order Management / Buyers Consolidation process & systems and related forwarder ERP systems.
Sound IT skills with Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is good to have.
Demonstrated ability to work in a global team and matrixed environment 
Strong Microsoft office tools experience 
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude 
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Salary:
60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
