Qualifications: ·
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. ·
5+ years of experience in HRIS roles, including 3+ years of Workday system administration experience. ·
Strong expertise in Workday configuration, reporting, and analytics (Workday certifications, including HCM, Recruiting, and Reporting preferred). ·
Experience leading large HR technology projects and managing system implementations. ·
Proficient in HR processes, data governance, and compliance management ·
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. ·
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying system improvements. ·
Proven ability to anticipate problems and take proactive, decisive action, giving regard to the impact on the system, business needs and user population ·
Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines; must be able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Multiple Workday certifications in HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Reporting are preferred
