Job Description
Job Title: WORKDAY CONFIGURATION CONSULTANT
Job Summary:
- Have a Strong understanding of the Workday platform and Business processes. They shoulder also have a Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and be able to manage Projects.
Qualifications:
• Workday expertise: A deep understanding of the Workday platform, including it’s features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Problem Solving: The ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and make recommendations based on data.
• Critical thinking: Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new features, updates, and industry best practices.
• Data Management: The ability to manage and track data, incLuding overseeing data transfer from other Platforms to Workday.
