Job Description
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Strategy
Identify stakeholder challenges and expectations, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
Define and implement Change Management strategies to support large-scale business transformation initiatives.
Collaborate closely with clients to drive business readiness, communication planning, and engagement strategies.
Digital Tools & Communication Integration
Leverage cloud and social technologies, behavior change platforms, and immersive learning tools to drive effective communication and engagement.
Assist clients in developing robust digital adoption capabilities, ensuring seamless integration across teams and processes.
Impact Analysis & Adoption Planning
Conduct Change Impact Analysis, crafting treatment plans that address risks and smoothen transitions.
Implement actionable strategies that prepare teams to adopt new business processes and technologies effectively.
Cross-Cultural Collaboration
Work in dynamic, international teams, collaborating with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds where English is the common language.
Drive culture change, behavior transformation, and digital adoption initiatives, working closely across global stakeholders.
Practice-Building Initiatives
Contribute to internal initiatives, such as recruiting, mentoring, training, and community events, to strengthen the team and organizational growth.
Your Experience Counts!
Analyst/Consultant (2-8 years)
Experience in change management programs, including stakeholder assessments, impact analysis, business readiness, digital communication, and engagement strategies.
Exposure to Cloud Platforms and system implementations.
Proficient in data interpretation, analytic models, and digital engagement tools (cloud HR, immersive learning technologies).
Manager/Senior Manager (7+ years)
Strong experience in end-to-end change initiatives, driving technology-driven, culture, and behavior change projects.
Tech-savvy background in delivering cloud-based system implementations (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Peoplesoft, SAP S/4HANA, SaaS solutions).
Skilled in managing diverse, multicultural teams, ensuring global collaboration and change alignment across enterprises.
Knowledge of RPA implementations, Shared Service setups, digital transformations, and cloud-based process optimization is a plus.
