Position: Technical Support I (SQL - Experienced)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in SQL
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of BPO/Consulting services is a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support for SQL-related issues
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve SQL-related issues
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to provide optimal solutions
Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in SQL
