Job Description
- Company Profile: A trusted company the provides IT consulting on application designs
- At least 1-2 years’ experience as IT Service Desk
- Salary is range Php 25,000-40,000
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field
- Metro Manila

Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for resolving customer technical questions that needs technical support
• Provide necessary online security support.
• Identifying record queries and provide accurate solutions.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelors in any Information Technology related courses.
• Experience at least 1-2years’ experience as Service Desk
• Background in SQL (MySQL and SQL Server)
• Background in MS Access and Windows Server
• At least 1 year experience in customer service
