Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support and assistance to customers.
• Identifying the root cause of technical issues and finding appropriate solutions to resolve them.
• Communicating technical information and instructions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Resolving technical issues may require collaboration with other departments.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’ s Degree.
• Techical support or IT Service desk background.
• Experience with SQL, Jira, Salesforce is a plus.
• Technical knowledge is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 months Technical Support experience (BPO or non-BPO industry) is an advantage
