Job Description

Graduate of any Business or Marketing reiated courses
: 5 years as Sales Manager
: Master or Doctorate Degree an Advantage

Other Qualifications :

/ Proven experience in the field of Sales specifically of Food Packaging Products / Experience in handling/dealing with government related sales/transactions an Advantage / Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing
/ Ability to stay calm while working under pressure
/ Orientation: Mentor/Coach, Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to
get the job done ahead of time
/ Skills: Excelient in the following - Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical, Report Writing, Mathematical and Communication, Technical Marketing
/ Solid judgement along with decision making skills / Knowiedgeable with team building techniques
/ Proven experience in customer, market research, and developing marketing/sales strategies / Meets or exceeds test requirements as established by the General Manager/ Managing Director
* Have a working knowledge of operations including an automated workflow systern for both digital and press production / Familiar with ISO Documentation and Processes
