Position: Sales and Marketing Manager (Bar & Lounge) | Makati
Overview:
We are looking for an energetic sales and marketing manager to lead promotional activities and increase revenue for an upscale bar and lounge in Makati. This role is centered on creating a distinctive customer experience featuring retro music and an elegant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract customers.
Identify target audiences and customize outreach efforts.
Create marketing materials and campaigns consistent with the brand identity.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve financial targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Manage digital channels, including the website, social media, and email marketing.
Create engaging content highlighting the venue's retro music theme.
Utilize digital tools and analytics to track and improve marketing performance.
Plan and manage events and promotions to increase customer engagement and revenue.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Evaluate event results and provide feedback for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven marketing and sales experience, preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
Solid understanding of marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in digital marketing platforms and social media.
Creative with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with the Filipino consumer market is a plus.
Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing and sales experience.
