Job Description
WORK SCHED: US account (Nightshift)
Work Set up: Full Remote
Qualifications & Experience:
*MBA in HR or equivalent master’s degree in human resources management.
*Relevant Experience: 10 - 15 Years of hands-on HR experience managing workforce size of not less than 300.
*Experience working in a start-up, building teams / function from ground zero.
*Strong Analytical skill on core HR disciplines (Compensation, Benefits - Benchmarking, Employment) Data Analysis.
*Strong interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with conflict resolutions and addressing highly sensitive issues /situations.
*Strong understanding and application of local employment laws and regulations.
*Excellent Communication Skills
*Strong Hands-on experience in using MS office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point) and modern apps, HRMS, HRIS (ADP, Oracle Fusion, People *Soft or Zoho) one of the HRMS hands on experience is a must.
