Job Description
Position: Admin Assistant
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Quezon City
Salary Offer: Php19,000-Php25,000
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With 1-2 years experience in warranty claim processing in manufacturing or service industry
- Willing to Work in Quezon City
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client service requests should be received, recorded, and prioritized. Prompt assignment to the proper service teams should be ensured, and progress should be tracked to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Act as the primary point of contact for client questions, responding politely and promptly, updating clients on the progress of their service requests, and proactively resolving any issues.
- Create documentation and reports for analysis and compliance needs.
- Determine what needs to be improved and help to improve the process.
- Other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior
