Position: Admin Staff

Salary Offer: Php19,000-Php25,000
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree holder
-With 1-2 years experience in warranty claim processing in manufacturing or service industry
-Willing to Work in Quezon City
-Amenable to attend interviews
-Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Client service requests should be received, recorded, and prioritized. Prompt assignment to the proper service teams should be ensured, and progress should be tracked to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
-Act as the primary point of contact for client questions, responding politely and promptly, updating clients on the progress of their service requests, and proactively resolving any issues.
-Create documentation and reports for analysis and compliance needs.
-Determine what needs to be improved and help to improve the process.
-Other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior
