The Accounting Director (CPA) is responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the company, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk. The role ensures that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or international financial reporting standards (IFRS). The Accounting Director (CPA) will also lead and mentor the accounting team and support senior management with strategic financial planning and analysis.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is required.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
