Project Engineer

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Duties
oAttend internal project kick-off meeting.
oReview endorsed commercial and technical documents of Sales and Design Team.
oConduct separate technical meeting with Design Team.
oReview scope of works, design and initial estimates (labor and materials) before implementing the project.
oMonitor and follow up status of materials and equipment.
oSubmit Progress Report to client and internal team members.
oPrepare and submit billing documents - signed progress reports, signed DRs, etc.
oSubmit Itinerary / activities of installers for out-of-town budget request.
oMonitor project expenses - prelims, manhours, materials, etc.
oConduct internal meetings with other team members to discuss project issues, concerns, etc.
oMonitor and supervise workers / subcon on site.
oSubmit project plan and revised timeline to client.
oConduct UAT, initial testing, troubleshooting and T&C on site.
oCoordinate works to client, PM, Consultants, and other construction people.
oDelegate instructions to subcon, Team Leaders and Safety Officer on site
oPrepare and submit O&M Manual, As-Builts and other handover documents.
oConduct end-user training and final testing and inspection schedule with client.

Responsibilities
oEnsures that project is developed and implemented according to design, scope of work and materials specification.
oEnsures that project is completed on time and within the budget.
