Job Description
- PC and Peripherals Hardware and Software Support.
- Management of personal computers and peripherals in the MM/VISMIN areas/branches.
- Supports in the maintenance of PC’s and peripherals.
- Coordination with the branches and internal department for technical support.
- Provides technical support in the datacom and pabx requirement of MM/VISMIN branches.
- Installs and maintains in-house LAN cables of the branches.
- Configures network devices such as router, hubs, switches and remote access server.
- Identifies, isolates, troubleshoots and resolves operational problems related to LAN / WAN systems.
- Performs LAN to LAN and dial-up solutions to resolve branch connection problem.
- Perform field service for UPS, AVR and pabx problems
of the branches.
- Analytical Thinking: Identifying issues, analyzing system logs, and determining the root causes of system failures or inefficiencies.
- Decision-Making: Evaluating different approaches and making informed decisions about system design, upgrades, or fixes.
- Negotiation: Reaching compromises on project scope, timelines, or resources, balancing technical constraints with business needs.
- Technical Communication: Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., clients, managers, or end users) in a way they can understand.
- Attends training program as required to further the development and/or organizational skills.
