Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Learning Consultant
Collaborate closely with clients to understand business challenges, identify effective solutions, and oversee the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to create tailored learning curricula aligned with organizational objectives.
Develop comprehensive content outlines and ensure alignment with curriculum objectives and business goals.
Establish design standards, templates, guidelines, and checklists to drive high-quality deliverables.
Partner with internal and client stakeholders to design, develop, and implement effective training solutions.
Review and refine all training deliverables to meet project quality parameters and industry standards.
Identify potential project risks and collaborate with project leadership to strategize mitigation plans and alternatives.
Coach and mentor instructional designers and content developers, fostering skill development and professional growth.
Continuously seek opportunities to implement innovative learning strategies and tools into training solutions.

Bring Your Best Skills Forward
Proficiency in instructional design, research, content analysis, and knowledge of learning trends.
Strong experience with design and rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, and client-specific authoring tools.
Solid understanding of content design principles and multimedia integration, along with technical know-how of platform functionalities and limitations.
A problem-solving mindset with cross-cultural competence and global collaboration experience.
Excellent interpersonal communication, writing skills, and strong business acumen.

For Analyst/Consultant Level
A graduate/postgraduate degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in content development, instructional design, and multiple training modalities (e.g., Instructor-Led Training, Web-Based Training, Application Simulations, Job Aids).
Experience working in a collaborative team environment and supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
For Manager/Senior Manager Level
A graduate/postgraduate degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Advertising, or Public Relations.
8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning delivery, and learning technology integration.
5+ years of leadership experience, executing corporate learning initiatives, and managing large teams effectively.
Proven expertise in agile project delivery, working in fast-paced environments with a focus on scalable learning solutions.
