Job Description
This is a client-facing role responsible for managing a team of trainers and content developers/writers. The primary focus will be on overseeing the development and execution of training programs to improve performance, manage performance outliers, and ensure the effectiveness of training interventions.
Responsibilities:
Assessment of Training Needs:
Conduct performance trends and training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and manage performance outliers through targeted training or coaching intervention programs.
Review, design, and develop (when necessary) training curriculum, content, learning materials, methodologies, and performance evaluation processes.
Reporting:
Generate, review, and distribute required training reports, such as training trends and activity reports, to Operations Leads and/or Clients.
Maintain and track relevant training data to monitor effectiveness and impact.
Assist with team-specific reporting activities, including productivity reports, end-of-shift reports, and other operations-related reports related to trainees’ performance.

Skills and Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in Training and Development.
At least 2 years of experience in the Contact Center or BPO industry.
At least 5 years of experience as a team lead.
Experience in business training, professional development, research, and workshops is an advantage.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to implement end-to-end training needs analysis (TNA).
Ability to analyze performance trends and implement targeted interventions to address performance gaps.
Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory.
