Job Description

*Willing to Travel. Must be knowledgeable in Visayas and Mindanao areas

Responsibilities:
• Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell our products to existing and prospective customers.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses and needs assessments for clients to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and networking.
• Issue Resolution: Expedite the resolution of customer inquiries, problems, and complaints.
• Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within specified timeframes.
• Market Insights: Analyze the market potential and track sales performance.
• Reporting: Provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and product demand.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the trade industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Passion for sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly products.

Agents: 18-20K per month + 3% commision for all sales gathered if quota is met with mandatory benefits upon regularization
WORK LOCATIONS: 9031 Aranga St San Antonio Village Makati
WORK SCHEDULE: Agents depending on there travel schedules
