Responsibilities
The Strategic Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the people management processes are aligned with the objectives of the organization. Will provide support and advice to all levels of the organization for the successful implementation of company programs. Will lead the HR Team in providing appropriate and timely HR services to the organization.
Requirements
Graduate of Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related course
At least 10 years HR experience at managerial level
Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate HR systems and organizational development
Knowledgeable in talent retention, development and succession planning
Excellent in facilitating, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable of labor law standards and industrial relations
