It's highly skilled staff has decades of experience in CAN manufacturing. To enhance its services to its customers, GEMECO also provides technical assistance, overhauling of CAN closure machines, parts fabrication and consultancy services in food canning.

Job Description
GEMECO is a packaging company engaged in the manufacture of tin cans for infant dietetics, beverages, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, and other food products.
We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive the development of new markets. This role will focus on strategic planning, effective resource allocation, and advanced sales techniques to achieve ambitious sales targets and grow our customer base. The successful candidate will also oversee complex transactions involving multiple businesses and clients, ensuring successful outcomes and fostering strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Drive the identification and development of new business opportunities.
Sales Management: Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Team Management: Oversee and guide the sales team, ensuring effective performance and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or people management role.
Impressive track record in B2B sales, with proven success in driving market expansion and meeting sales targets.
Competencies:
Ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies that align with company goals and drive market expansion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
Proficiency in optimizing resources to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Advanced skills in employing effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed targets.
Strong capability in managing and nurturing complex transactions with multiple businesses and clients.
