Job Description
• The Customer Service Department is responsible on assisting all members on processing orders, account related concerns and all queries involving their membership.
• It is also the task of the Customer Service to coordinate, collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of Customer Service transactions. To ensure as well the continuity of the members business while they remain active.
• The Customer Service is responsible on assisting independent members on their purchase, account concerns.
• The Customer Service also collaborates, provides support for events such as trainings, awarding and many others where CSR help is needed.
• The Customer Service works closely with Logistics department to ensure smooth flow of members order whether as pick up or ship out.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Process payment activation (cash, credit card, check, Bank deposit)
• Providing a high standard of customer service
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries in person
• Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
• Responding to customer queries via Social Media Platforms
• Assist customers in terms of orders, account maintenance, and other services
• Inform, campaign, promote to customers of announcement and promotions through text blast, call outs and social media as part of sales drive
• Handles customer complaints and inquiries
• Maintain and updates customer records and account information
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth flow of Member transactions
• Provide assistance during events such as Trainings, conventions, seminars, recognitions
• Ensure smooth coordination of order ship out with Logistics department
• Work with Customer Service Team Leader to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
• Other functions that may be assigned and willing to be assigned anywhere
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree/College Degree in any field
• 1 year of experience in customer service
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• PC knowledge required (Internet, MS Office Software)
• Willingness to learn, be trained and has strong initiative to take action
• Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Work Arrangements
Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Set-up: Onsite
Shift: Monday - Saturday, 9 am - 6 pm

- ₱20,000.00 Monthly
