Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Engagement:
Attend global/regional workshops and project kick-offs.
Collaborate with key client business and IT users to define requirements and design solutions.
Maintain demand and flow of inputs for projects, perform analysis, and execute localization tasks.
Implementation Leadership:
Lead the technical aspects of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, including design, configuration, and customization.
Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Client Engagement:
Understand client-specific challenges and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
Drive solution design and architecture to align with industry best practices and client needs.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure robust and reliable implementations.
Continuous Development:
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud ERP features, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Bring fresh perspectives and innovation to projects.

Job Qualifications:
Functional Role:
Experience:
4-7+ years of relevant experience in Banking and Finance.
1-3+ years of program/project management experience.
Core Knowledge Areas:
Core Financials
Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Project and Portfolio Management (PPM)
Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
Relevant Experience:
ERP skills (Core Financials, SCM, PPM, EPM).
Client-facing experience with a functional background in Oracle ERP modules.
Experience in Oracle ERP implementations, including:
Requirements gathering
Fit-gap analysis
Functional design development
User acceptance testing
Training and deployment

Other Skills:
Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel for short- and long-term assignments.

Technical Role:
Experience:
2-7+ years of IT or Operations experience.
1-3+ years of program/project management experience.
Skills & Tools:
Completed Oracle ERP Cloud Training or 6+ months of experience in one or more of the following processes: Core Financials, SCM, PPM, EPM.
ETL (Extract/Transform/Load), Oracle Cloud Integration, Oracle Cloud Reporting.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP technical functionalities such as OTBI, OBIEE, and ODI.
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
Additional Experience:
Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP implementations.
Consulting background with end-to-end implementation lifecycle exposure.

Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or a relevant field.
Proven leadership experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
Oracle Cloud Certification (advantageous).
Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
PPSM Certifications.
