Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to solve problems, and a passion for helping others. As a Remote Mandarin-Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services, addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating to higher management when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, product updates, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and practices.
Qualifications:
•. Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
•. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
•. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
•. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate different time zones.
•. A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.

- 25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
