Job Description
Visit our Career Hub, Monday to Friday (except holidays), 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Location: Cebu City
Salary: 14,000 to 28,000 per month (depending on account and experience)
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle:
Inbound Calls: Assisting policyholders, agents, third-party callers, and potential new customers.
Research & Resolution: Utilizing available resources to resolve queries and address customer concerns effectively.
Problem Solving: Identifying and implementing solutions or escalating issues when necessary.
Documentation: Completing after-call work and creating promised solutions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for candidates with:
Completed college, undergrad, senior high school, or high school education.
At least 6 months of customer service experience or related skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work in shifting schedules.
Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City.
