Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Electronic Signature and Agreement Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing electronic signature solutions and agreement cloud services to enhance the efficiency of our contract management processes. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic signatures, compliance standards, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Electronic Signature Solutions: Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of electronic signature solutions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Cloud Agreement Management: Develop and maintain cloud-based agreement management systems that streamline the contract lifecycle, from creation to execution.
User Support and Training: Provide training and support to internal teams on the effective use of electronic signature and agreement cloud tools.
Integration and Automation: Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate electronic signature solutions with existing systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
Data Security and Compliance: Ensure that all electronic signature processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding data protection and security.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor usage metrics and generate reports to assess the performance of electronic signature solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to optimize service offerings and resolve issues related to electronic signature solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in electronic signatures and contract management to recommend enhancements to existing processes.

Qualifications:
Atleast High School Graduate
With 6 months experience in Customer Service Representative
Good communication skills
Willing to work onsite
Salary:
15.000,00 ₱ Monthly
