Job Description
- Act as an SME, guiding your team to deliver high-performance solutions.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand system issues and deliver effective resolutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust database solutions in IBM DB2.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database performance and operational issues.
- Optimize database performance, query efficiency, and system responsiveness.
- Contribute to system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IBM DB2 Database Administration.
- Strong knowledge of database administration principles, best practices, and system performance tuning.
- Proficiency in SQL, database query languages, and database troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in database optimization, backup/recovery strategies, and high availability configurations.
