Sales Supervisor

What you'll be doing

Manage and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to grow the customer base and increase sales
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by providing regular feedback, training, and support to sales representatives
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new sales opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of customer orders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in customer needs to adjust sales approaches accordingly

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address sales challenges
Proficient in using sales data and performance tracking tools
Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
