Ob Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, using persuasive skills to promote products and services effectively.
· Establishing a relationship with clients, learning about their requirements, and offering specialized solutions to produce leads and drive sales.
· Using effective sales interactions to address client problems to influence decisions through persuasive sales conversations.
Achieving or exceeding individual targets and goals related to lead generation, appointment setting and sales conversion.
Communicate with prospective clients in a persuasive and professional way, outlining the features, benefits, and advantages of our products
Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and relevant information for an effective follow-up.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products or services in the market.
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any relevant field
· Minimum of 6-month experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service.
· Knowledgeable in digital marketing and managing social media platforms
· Digital photography and video editing experience is a plus
· Demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
