Job Description

-Provide L2-L3 support for critical applications, ensuring their stability and performance.
-Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SLAs, escalating to development teams when necessary
-Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure effective resolution of problems.
-Participate in change and release management processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
-Utilize monitoring tools like Dynatrace to proactively identify and resolve potential system issues.
-Create and maintain reports on application and system performance.

- 3-6 relevant experience
•Unix, SQL, Dynatrace
•Application Support Experience
•Behavior, Comprehension, Articulation and communication skills are very important
•Understands separation of duties between L1, L2 and L3
•Understands incident, problem, change, request management
•Open to learning mainframe
•Basics of java, APIs, how services talk to each other
•ControlM, batch jobs"
Salary:
60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
