About the Role

Bayfield Equipment Corporation, an affiliate of Kilton Motor Corporation is seeking an experienced and proactive HR and Administration Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in our Carmona Cavite location. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall HR and administrative functions of our rapidly growing organization. With a focus on providing exceptional HR services, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Human Resources:
-Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee recruitment, orientation and onboarding, timekeeping, benefits administration, -performance management, and employee engagement and relations
-Provide support in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the onboarding of new hires
-Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
-Monitors the renewal of HMO including enrollment of regular employees

Administration:
-Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks such as office management, procurement, and facilities/building management/repairs
-Monitor and facilitate service vehicle in nationwide renewal and comprehensive insurances
-In-charge of inventory list of IT Peripheral Asset
-Manage hotel and flight booking payment
-Supervise HR associates in Carmona, Cebu, and Davao offices

IT:
-Do the backup for the SAP system using external drive
-Create company e-mails for the newly hired employees
-Monitor and maintain the server in Cebu
-Deputize as in-charge for WGSP (Wirtgen Group Portal Users) from the factory
-Maintain Bluehost provider for the email renewal domain registration and website
-Monitor renewal of Sophos license for the server

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative management role
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
-Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proactive and adaptable to changing business needs
