Job Description
Liaises with external auditors, banks, and examiners.
Prepares Financial Statements, account schedules, management reports, and other ad hoc analysis as may be required by management.
Conducts periodic reviews of employee payroll.
Ensures compliance with corporate reportorial requirements and statutory filings.
Oversees compliance with accounting policies and procedures and appropriateness/completeness of accounting records.
Reviews weekly cash position report and monthly bank reconciliation.
Monitors accounts receivable and pushes on collections. Manages the cash flow and cash forecasting.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual incentives. Prepares annual budget/forecast.
Able to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Coordinates with branches and other departments on matters related to Finance.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a must.
Having at least 8 years working experience in related field is required for this position; 3-4 years at a managerial level
Preferably accredited with the Board of Accountancy to prepare statutory
Financial Statements in the Philippines.
Well-versed in Philippine local and national taxes, compliance with SEC, BIR, and other statutory corporate requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
Have good people management and interpersonal skills.
High attention to details and accuracy.
Possess high levels of integrity.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
