Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounting Assistant to join our team. The Accounting Assistant will support the finance team in managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Assist with data entry and general ledger entries.

Help in preparing basic financial reports.

Support the finance team in various administrative tasks.

Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

Perform other duties as assigned by the finance department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

This position is offered on a daily rate basis.
