Logistic Manager

- at least 3 - 5 years experience in Sales, preferably but not required
- at least 5 years experience in Logistics Industry
- 4 year course graduate and up

Responsibilities
Inventory management
Predict inventory needs, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory records
Delivery management
Plan and oversee inbound and outbound deliveries, and ensure they are delivered on time
Supply chain management
Negotiate with suppliers, retailers, and manufacturers, and resolve supply chain issues
Quality control
Manage quality control and quality assurance standards, and evaluate the quality of deliveries
Risk management
Plan for risk, create risk-mitigation processes, and identify potential risks
Budgeting
Plan and analyze budgets and expenditures, and report on progress to senior managers
Compliance
Ensure compliance with industry laws, regulations, and company policies
Team management
Supervise, manage, and train logistics team members
Skills Strong communication skills, Effective leadership and decision-making skills, Project management skills, Attention to detail, and Ability to coach and motivate team members.
