Supply Chain Process Manager

Key Responsibilities
Process Evaluation & Improvement:
Assess current supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance and cost-effectiveness.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
Create, document, and enforce SOPs to ensure standardization and compliance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize data analytics for demand forecasting, inventory management, and KPI monitoring.
Provide reports and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with procurement, logistics, production, and finance teams.
Ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes across departments.
Risk Management:
Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Continuous Improvement:
Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or advanced technologies.
Implement new methodologies to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years in supply chain management, process optimization, or a related role.
Proven track record in leading successful process improvement projects.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong data analysis skills with experience in SAP, Oracle, and advanced Excel.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
