Job Description

Also known as an executive assistant, supports executives by managing their schedules, correspondence, and meetings. They also handle administrative tasks and ensure that executives can focus on their managerial responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules: Plan appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate meetings: Attend meetings and take minutes
Handle phone calls: Receive and screen phone calls, and redirect them when appropriate
Manage correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence
Maintain records: Organize invoices, financial statements, and other records
Prepare reports: Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports
Manage office supplies: Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers
Manage confidential documents: Ensure that confidential documents remain secure
Skills
Communication: Have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate
Organization: Have exceptional organizational abilities and be able to multitask
Problem solving: Be able to solve problems
Discretion: Be able to handle sensitive information with integrity
Proficiency in office software: Be proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
