Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution

Assist in implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve cluster sales targets.
Actively participate in selling products/services to customers within the assigned area.
Promote and upsell company products/services to maximize revenue.
Customer Engagement

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the management for improvements.
Support for Sales Operations

Assist the Cluster Sales Officer in daily sales operations and team coordination.
Prepare and update sales reports, tracking individual and cluster performance metrics.
Ensure sales records are accurate and updated in the system.
Market Awareness

Conduct basic market research to understand customer preferences and market trends.
Identify potential leads and assist in converting them into sales opportunities.
Compliance and Processes

Follow company policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.
Ensure proper handling of customer data and documentation.
