Responsibilities
Administrative support: Handle office-related duties, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
Customer service: Respond to customer complaints or issues
Manage office inventory: Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders
Perform reception duties: Greet and check-in visitors, answer phones, and manage correspondence
Manage office budgets: Control office expenditures and contracts, such as rent and service
Establish and enforce office policies: Develop quality control procedures and improve communication in the office
Provide support for HR initiatives: Deal with disciplinary issues
Assist with scheduling and billing: Assist with the implementation of new office systems and procedures
