FUNCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT & MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Implementation Lead Engineer is responsible for the execution of implementation project scope. He/
She also acts as the customer POC during the project life cycle, and recommends options and ideas. The
position is also responsible for the conceptualization of solution and identification of scope and risks.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Tasks
● Executes several projects under supervision of the Project Officer.
● Conducts the following activities during the project life cycle:
o Training
o Business Review
o Configuration
o Data Migration
o Onsite and Offsite Assistance
o Day-to-day Project Update
● Executes the approved implementation plan and blueprint of the project
● Puts together implementation-related document such as:
o Training Document
o Business Process Requirement Documentation
o Configuration Document
o System Live-run Documentation
o Project Closure
● Preparation and execution of the following:
o Training plan
o System-related configuration
o Internal and External testing
o Project Live-run
o Deploy project-related solutions and fixes during the project life cycle
● Works and collaborates closely with the client to devise effective solutions
● Ensures that the company’s technology and solutions can deliver within timeline and scope
● Acts as influencers to the project team member
● Effectively articulates technical limitations or showstoppers based on customer processes and
requirements.
● Creates, modifies and releases ISO documentation

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE
● Must have at least three (3) years of experience in implementing IT products, services or
solutions.
● Must have a background in business process standard practices
● Must have at least two (2) years of experience in project-related documentation as well as in
customer-facing positions
● Must have experience in conducting presentations and training as well as root cause analysis and
deployment of solutions.
