Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Service Manager to oversee and deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. In this role, you will leverage industry-standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure seamless delivery, meet service level agreements, and drive excellence in infrastructure project management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver business and technology outcomes for programs, projects, or contracted services using established methodologies and processes.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute multiple projects flawlessly.
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility, engaging all relevant stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, escalating to management as needed.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Perform risk management to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and third parties.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process maps, diagrams, and spreadsheets.
Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skills, and experience.
Analyze and track project performance to ensure the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments based on financial analysis.
Continuously develop leadership skills and apply them to achieve project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Infrastructure Service Management.
Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Certifications: PMP and ITIL certifications are a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
