Job Description

A Machinist is responsible for operating and maintaining machines that shape or form metal and other materials into precise parts and components. They work with blueprints and technical drawings to create detailed, accurate products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Operate machines like lathes, milling machines, and grinders to shape materials.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Quality Control: Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with machinery or parts during production.
