Civil Supervisor for Wind Farms

Roles and responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the wind farm site.
Ensure construction work is carried out according to plans, technical specifications, and safety standards.
Direct and supervise the construction team, including direct workers and contractors.
Coordinate with contractors to ensure human and material resources are available as per the project schedule.
Conduct regular inspections of construction work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Identify and resolve quality issues and ensure the implementation of necessary corrective actions.
Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable local, national, and international regulations for electrical substations and wind farms.
Supervise the receipt, storage, and handling of construction materials on site.
Verify the quality and quantity of delivered materials to ensure they meet project specifications.
Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on the construction site.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate preventive measures are taken.
Maintain detailed records of all construction activities, including work diaries, progress reports, and inspection records.
Prepare periodic reports on project progress, highlighting achievements and any issues or delays.

Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil works supervision, preferably in electrical substations and photovoltaic plants projects.
In-depth knowledge of civil construction techniques, applicable regulations, and quality standards specific to wind farms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
