Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve cluster sales targets and objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance within the assigned cluster, identifying opportunities and challenges.
Regularly review sales data, generate reports, and propose action plans to improve sales productivity.
Team Leadership
Supervise, guide, and motivate sales representatives and agents within the cluster.
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the team's skills and performance.
Ensure team alignment with company goals and objectives.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the cluster.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering excellent service.
Market Analysis
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations for new market penetration and product positioning.
Operational Excellence
Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance standards within the cluster.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to support sales initiatives.
Manage operational resources effectively to meet sales goals.
Reporting and Feedback
Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to the Regional Sales Manager/Cluster Head.
Provide feedback and recommendations for improving sales strategies and team performance.
