Associate Director Global Leadership & Organizational Development

Position Purpose:

The Associate Director of Global Leadership and Organizational Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of aligning learning strategies and programs to organizational strategy and realizing measurable business impact.

They will also have experience planning and executing learning initiatives for senior leaders in global environments.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and manage leadership development programs for the organization.

· Align learning strategies and programs to organizational strategy.

· Plan and execute learning initiatives for senior leaders in global environments.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

· Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs and make recommendations for improvement.

· Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development.

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.

· 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or related field.

· Demonstrated track record of aligning learning strategies and programs to organizational strategy and realizing measurable business impact.

· Proven track record of planning and executing learning initiatives for senior leaders in global environments.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
