Salary Offer: Php16,000 - Php18,000

Job Description:

1. Triage
- Receiving of claims docs (from Member/Agent/Broker/Messenger & Courier) at the 2nd floor
- Pre adjudication (Checking of the completeness of documents submitted for reimbursement)
- Recording of in Claims Masterfile tracker
- Create Transmittal
- Scanning
- Sending of acknowledgement to member
- Endorsement to assigned processor (at the 18th Floor)

2. Ingestion of claims Documents received via email
- Check existing claims submitted in Mfiles vs. current claims docs received
- Creation of new folder (if no existing claim submitted of the same in nature)
- Encode in CRUD and HBS for adjudication ref number (it must indicate in Mfiles)
- Log daily production in Document management Masterfile"
