Job Description

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of any business and marketing related course. (MBA degree is an advantage)
At least, Ten (10) years of product marketing industry experience (Industry may be in IT, Services, FMCG or Corporate marketing)
Solid knowledge of market research techniques
Excellent interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills
Ability to build and manage a sales and marketing team
Experienced in planning and driving growth of product or solutions categories
Based in Manila and willing to do occasional travel


Job Responsibilities:

Oversees all marketing campaigns for Alliance
Implements marketing strategy and promote the business, products and services
Leads Market research efforts and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
Conducts research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
Provides direction to the sales team or execution team on research findings and analysis
Develops and oversees advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services across various media platforms, including social media and print.
Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, promotional and branding activities
Works with company officers to establish budgets and marketing objectives
Monitors marketing and sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
Demonstrates in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms.
Stays updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to leverage new opportunities.
