Operation and Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations of the water production, filtration, bottling, and distribution processes.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations for water processing and distribution.
Manage inventory of raw materials (water, bottles, labels, etc.) and ensure timely replenishment.
Supervise and train staff to maintain quality standards and ensure efficient production.
Monitor and maintain water filtration and purification systems to ensure consistent quality and regulatory compliance.
Implement and track performance metrics, ensuring that production goals are met.
2. Sales and Business Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including targeting new business opportunities and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (e.g., retailers, corporate clients, distributors).
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers and distributors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new products or services.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to stay competitive in the market.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and meetings to expand the company’s business presence.
3. Customer Service and Relationship Management:
Address customer inquiries and resolve any service or quality issues in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely deliveries, excellent product quality, and responsive service.
4. Financial Management:
Assist in the development of sales forecasts and operational budgets.
Monitor the financial performance of the water station, controlling expenses and improving cost efficiency.
Prepare regular reports on sales, production, inventory, and financial status for management.
5. Team Leadership and Staff Management:
Lead and manage the operational and sales teams, setting clear goals and performance targets.
Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development to staff members.
Ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
6. Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure the facility complies with all health and safety standards for water production.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of equipment and operational processes.
Address any identified safety issues promptly and effectively.
7. Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
