About the Job:
The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an organization’s IT infrastructure to support business objectives and ensure operational efficiency. This role involves managing physical and virtual systems, ensuring data security, leading infrastructure projects, and collaborating with teams to align technology strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 4-7 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

Technical Expertise
Proficiency in designing and managing:
- Network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, and switches).
- Server environments (Windows, Linux, Unix) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Cloud platforms such as AWS
- Storage solutions (SAN, NAS, backup technologies).
- IT monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM frameworks and tools (e.g., ITIL, Jira).
- Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
- ITIL (Foundation/Advanced).
- Cisco (CCNA, CCNP).
- Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE).
- Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
