Job Description

The HR Officer is the company’s lead HR position, responsible for coordinating all HR functions in a dynamic generalist role. Working closely with senior management and supporting a lean, efficient organization, this position offers a unique opportunity to oversee and execute comprehensive HR operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Minimum Requirements

• College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or another business-related course
• At least five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources with a solid working knowledge of HR processes, and documentation
• Strong background and knowledge of Labor Laws and relevant regulations
• Excellent human relations, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work methodically
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, communication tools, and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of and experience in government compliances and regulations such as DOLE reporting, OSH standards, Data Privacy Act, etc.
• Working knowledge and experience in any of the following: performance management, employee engagement programs, employee training & development,
• Open to explore and integrate new technologies to simplify and improve work processes & coordination
