• Documentation of incoming import shipments
• Processing at BOC of the import entries as back up support when necessary.
• Monitoring the status of shipment for customs clearing at Customs.
Responsible for filing Manual entries at the Bureau of Customs
Monitor shipment file in BOC portal
Processing of release of Import Cargo from Warehouses
Representative for Physical Examination at the warehouses on behalf of Broker
Performing Clearances to Police clearance for Dangerous Goods
Process the Banking Break bulk Fee, Forwarding Charges, Shipping lines fee, etc.
Pick up Original Documents from Clients and Original OR’S from shipping
line, forwarder, Philippine Port of authority
Pick up Check Container Deposit Refund From shipping line
Monitor Truck arrival to consignee and reported to Import & Export Supervisor
