Job Description
Oversee daily import operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Maintain accurate records of import transactions.
Prepare and present reports to management.
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Resolve any issues related to import shipments.
Collaborate with internal departments to optimize supply chain operations.
Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations.
Requirements:
Graduate of BS Customs Administration Licensed Customs Broker
With experience in brokerage and freight forwarding
Well-experienced in negotiation with BOC personnel on valuation
Experienced in negotiating and handling trucking companies
Knowledgeable about the tariff book
Well-versed in customs rules and regulations
With oral and written communication skills Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Attentive to details
Can work under pressure and minimal supervision

- ₱36,000.00 Monthly
